All orders must be accompanied by a clean, black and white camera ready for art work. For multicolor imprint, color separated art work must be furnished, a fee of $35.00(v) per hour will be charged accordingly. We also accept art work via e-mail at art@therexline.com . Please provide PC compatible format files in EPS, JPG, TIFF, BMP, or Adobe Illustrator.

Blank or random samples are available upon request. All samples will be billed at the end quantity price plus shipping cost. Please contact factory for rebate program on samples.
Paper proofs are free of charge via fax. Specific samples are available upon request a fee of $40.00(v) for set up plus cost of product. Please allow 3 to 5 days for production of specific sample.
Please allow 5 to 10 working days for normal production. Rush orders are available; please contact our customer service representative for availability.
Please contact factory for quotes on quantities less than minimum. Quantities over the published quantity, please contact us for special low price and promotion time.
All claims must be submitted within 10 days form ship date.

All shipments ship via UPS ground unless courier service is designated. Factory will only guarantee shipping date and routing as instructed by customer. Vas De Rex will not be responsible for courier’s delay. If needed a Vas De Rex’ customer service representative will contact customer to get authorization for express delivery service to meet deadline.

Vas De Rex’ products are covered under warrant against any manufacturers defect for 45 days. Defective merchandise might be replaced by an unprinted product.
